I waited weeks for this to arrive. it's clearly advertised as 100% silk, but when I opened it today I was very disappointed to see that it feels and looks like polyester. I used Google AI to translate the tag... Sure enough, the lining is polyester. The actual dress feels like polyester as well. I didn't pay $200 for a silk dress to have polyester touching my skin.
Absolutely terrible experience. What should have been a simple refund turned into days of endless back-and-forth, contradictory information, and delayed responses at all hours of the night because their “live chat” is anything but live.
I followed their exact care instructions, and the product was damaged after the very first wash. Instead of honoring that, they tried to deduct money for “shipping” on an order that originally had free shipping. Then they changed their story multiple times, gave conflicting refund amounts, and made the process unnecessarily difficult.
On top of that, the pillowcases I ordered separately did not match the advertised color, and I was initially told they would cover return shipping — only to make me chase them again for reimbursement after I returned them.
I spent hours dealing with this, had to dispute charges with my bank, and still had to fight for clear answers. Save yourself the headache and buy from a company with honest customer service and consistent policies.

This wonderful dress has a relaxed but very elegant cut and a very soft and cozy texture. It is a perfect autumn and winter dress for a Soft Natural with classic Essence like me! Normally I‘ m wearing a M - L fit, but here S fits perfectly.

The sleeves and pants were too long for me but I shortened them.
I am thrilled that I found SlipIntoSoft. I was hunting for a small cashmere scarf. Just something to tie around my neck to keep the chill off. I saw one on Za*ra and then I came across the SlipIntoSoft scarf. It was so much more elevated than the others. The taupe cashmere base w/ the bright red border detailing make it look luxurious and expensive. What an absolute bargain. I can’t stop wearing it as it goes with everything from tees to dressed up attire. Bravo!
I'm 5'7, 130 lbs and ordered a size small which fits beautifully. As others have mentioned, it's not too long or blousy but it accommodates my shoulders and long arms. And it feels so great to wear - wonderfully soft cashmere fabric. My big decision is which color to buy next. I also purchased the part-cashmere wrap sweater but am returning it for this one - no comparison.

The flat sheet doesn’t have a wide hem at the top of the sheet. All flat sheet hems are 1/2”. Otherwise, wonderful!
Very nice shirt but when i tried it on back button fell, so the material is not too good. I would like to order again but hope it wont happen again
